Stourport-on-Severn is easily reached from all major roads and is approximately 4 miles from Kidderminster train and bus stations.

The Victoria Villa Bed & Breakfast is located opposite the picturesque Lion Hill Canal. 

With a secure private car park and a convenient town centre location you will only want to drive when visiting the other towns, cities and villages in the area.

Vehicle owners, fishermen and cyclists have the security of the ‘out of sight’ rear car park with the automated gate – accessed via a drive way off the main road.  The gate is closed in the evening through to breakfast service and all checked-in guests have key access at all times.

ACCOMMODATION – GUEST ROOMS & EN-SUITES

All beds have memory foam mattress toppers and feather pillows (hypo-allergenic also available) for a soothing nights sleep. 

Choose from single, twin, double and king bedded rooms.  Unfortunately we do not have any family rooms.

All shower room en-suites have been refurbished to a high standard (Dec. ’08 to Dec. ’09).  First floor en-suites are equipped with power showers for an invigorating, refreshing shower.  Guests will enjoy the use of the extra large bath sheets in which to wrap yourself into after your shower.

All bedrooms are furnished and decorated with a warm and cosy ambience to make our guests feel at home.  All bedrooms have modern LCD digital tv/dvd combis with Freeview already available for our guests (Central region digital switchover takes place from April 2011).

The Victoria Villa Bed & Breakfast has free wireless internet access throughout.

Each guest bedroom is supplied with:-

• a hairdryer
• digital alarm clock
• beverage making facilities (tea, coffee & hot chocolate)
• fans (either ceiling or freestanding)
• cutlery, crockery and trays for in-room eating
• full size fridge
• extra blanket and pillows
• shaver sockets (in all en-suites)

The Victoria Villa Bed & Breakfast also has a comfortable and cosy guest lounge, relax with a book or a paper, watch t.v. or have a snooze nestled into one of the two squishy sofas.

A favourite guest comment is ‘a real home from home with a warm welcome’.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory and guests can choose to start from a selection of juices and cereals with the option of fruits and yogurt also on offer.  For the main event there is a choice of a full English cooked breakfast (be selective or have it all) or Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs.  For the vegetarians amongst us there is always enough to choose from to ensure you fill yourself up for the day or at least until lunchtime!!!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Guests are requested to settle their accounts on arrival.
• On-line bookings are pre-paid a maximum of 48 hours before the reservation – the card used to reserve the room will be charged.
• Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
• Check-in from 1.00 p.m.  -  it may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in if required.  Please phone to discuss.
• A check-in time is required for all reservations.
• Latest check-in times:  Monday to Thursday – 9.00 p.m. and Friday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) – 7.00 p.m.
• Guests suspected of smoking in the building will be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
• All room reservations are to be secured by credit / debit card details at the time of booking but payment is made on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of less than 48 hours before the date of the booking will incur the appropriate number of nights being charged in full to the card that was given at the time of the booking.

Group bookings of 4 or more of the rooms will require a 50% non-returnable deposit to be paid in advance and will be subject to a cancellation term of a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date of the reservation when the balance of the booking will be charged in full.   If we manage to re-book the cancelled room/s with other guests then a 50% refund will be given.
