The Victoria Villa Bed & Breakfast is situated opposite the picturesque Lion Hill Canal that lazily transports narrow boats and pleasure craft along its scenic route. We are easily reached from all major roads and approximately 4 miles from Kidderminster train station and bus stations that offer reliable transport from all regions as well as Birmingham International Airport.

With a secure private car park and a convenient town centre location you will only want to drive when visiting the other towns, cities and villages in the area. We are well suited for fishermen with the security of the automatic gated car park who can feel safe in the knowledge that all their fishing equipment is out of sight and well secured. Our location is popular with fishermen with the River Severn and many fishing lakes and pools in the area – the main one being Larford Lakes which is only 2 to 3 miles from the town centre.

BEDROOMS & EN-SUITES

All beds have memory foam mattress toppers for your added comfort and sink into feather pillows (hypo-allergenic also available) for a soothing nights sleep. Choose from single, twin, double and king size bedded rooms. Unfortunately we do not have any family rooms.

All en-suites are being refurbished (5 of 7 will be completed by start of May ‘09, the final 2 to be completed later in the year), upstairs en-suites are equipped with power showers for an invigorating, refreshing shower after which you can wrap yourself into the soft, extra large bath sheets which you will find in all shower rooms.

As each en-suite is completed the bedrooms are being freshly decorated and all are equipped with modern LCD digital tv/dvd’s with Freeview channels. To keep in touch with family, friends and business there is the wireless internet available to all those who bring their laptops.

In each bedroom/en-suite you will find the usual facilities you would expect to find in most discerning accommodation establishments:-

• Hairdryers
• Digital Alarm Clocks
• Beverage making facilities (tea/coffee & hot chocolate)
• Fans (either ceiling or freestanding)
• Cutlery, crockery and trays for in-room eating
• Extra blanket & pillows
• Shaver sockets & shaving / make-up mirrors

Plus in each bedroom is a full size fridge, perfect for the warm, summer months when you need to keep drinks well chilled.

We also have a comfortable and cosy guest lounge where a group can gather and snuggle down into the two squishy sofas.

A favourite guest comment is ‘a real home from home with a warm welcome’.

After a comfortable night join us in the conservatory for a breakfast of your choosing, you can go for the more continental approach of cereals, fruit, yogurt toast etc or of course there is a full, hearty English style breakfast with all the usual suspects you would expect to find on your breakfast plate. If this doesn’t tempt you why not be a little more indulgent with a breakfast of Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs. For vegetarians there is always enough to choose from to ensure you fill yourself up for the day or at least till lunchtime!!!! TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Guests are requested to settle their room accounts on arrival.
• Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
• Guests can check-in from 1.00 p.m. but it may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in if required. Please phone to discuss.
• A check-in time is required for all reservations.
• Latest times for check-in: Monday to Thursday – 9.00 p.m. and Friday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) – 7.00 p.m.
• If guests are suspected of smoking in the building they will be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
• All room reservations are to be secured by credit / debit card details at the time of booking. Payment is made on arrival unless the booking was made on-line whereby the card will be charged 48 hours before the commencement of the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of less than 48 hours before the date of the booking will incur the appropriate number of nights being charged in full to the card that was given at the time of booking.
